Work with other agents: When you list with me, the entire team of agents at Realty Executives Devonshire Works to sell your home. Other agents at my brokerage are automatically informed of your listing. It is important for me to maintain a positive relationship with other agents so that they are pleased to show my listings.
Agent open house: Once your home is listed, I will host an agent open house. This brings in the agents in Lethbridge to view your home, and they can then inform their list of buyers.
Staging: Homes I have staged in the past have sold comparably much quicker than non-staged homes. I will give you helpful ideas on how to make your home more appealing, and I also have an array of accessories, (silk plants, etc), that you may use to help present your home.
