Lethbridge New Home Sales
There are many different new home builders in Lethbridge (Avonlea, Daytona, Galco, Greer, Cedar Ridge, Chinook Homes, Legends Homes, to name a few). Some of these homes are posted on the MLS, and some are made available through the builder. If you are interested in a new home, you can still buy through a Realtor. Most builders are happy to work with Realtors, and the price you pay will be the same as if you went directly to a builder. With the help of a Realtor, you will have an additional voice on your side, to help you with the contract, and keep you informed during the purchase process.
